국가별 청년 기후변화 컨퍼런스입니다.

올해 한국은 기후변화대응지수(CCPI, Climate Change Performance Index) 64개국 중 63위를 차지하였습니다.
기후변화로 인한 피해는 날이 갈수록 커지고 있지만 한국의 노력은 아직 많이 부족합니다.
가장 큰 피해를 받고 있지만, 동시에 가장 큰 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있는 존재이기에
현재 청년들의 기후행동은 그 무엇보다 큰 힘을 가집니다.

This year, Korea ranked 63rd out of 64 countries in the Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI).
Despite the growing impacts of climate change, Korea’s efforts remain insufficient.
Because young people are among the most affected,

LCOY는 국가 단위로 개최되는 행사로, ‘한국 LCOY’는 우리나라 맥락에서 중요한 주제들을 다룹니다.
LCOY is an event endorsed by YOUNGO, the official Children and Youth Constituency of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
As a nationally hosted event, ‘LCOY Republic of Korea’ addresses key climate-related issues within the context of Korea.
