We created engaging climate education curricula used for the climate education textbook on Madagascar’s biodiversity and climate science for local primary schools.
We designed textbooks and a board game showcasing Madagascar's rich biodiversity and basic climate science. These materials were used to educate students in three primary schools in Sambava, Madagascar.
We were invited to the AIKA Boot Camp to present our Madagascar climate education project and share insights on climate activism with young climate leaders. This meaningful exchange fostered collaboration and inspired collective action for a sustainable future.
At our workshop, we introduced Korean climate change education to Malagasy teachers and explored creative teaching methods for sustainable, engaging learning. We connected with passionate educators dedicated to empowering Madagascar’s future climate leaders.
We met with the mayor, governor, and environmental minister of Madagascar to share our project and gain valuable insights. Their encouragement and promised support strengthened our mission to expand climate education.
We collaborated with French and Malagasy creators to test their board game, exchanging ideas through gameplay. This experience reaffirmed the power of gamification in making climate education impactful and engaging.
